Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, order processing may take longer due to increased demand. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ship your air conditioner as quickly as possible.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. In case you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within the specified order processing time, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship air conditioners within the domestic boundaries of Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping for air conditioner orders at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for air conditioner orders will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, as well as your shipping address. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the accurate shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We will not be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or insufficient address information.
