Refund policy

 

We like to provide our customers with a friendly return policy and try to help in all cases. We offer a 7-day return policy for all air conditioners purchased from our website or physical store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the air conditioner for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

*For spare parts or accessories, item must remain unused to be eligible for returns. However in the rare event, if the spare part or accessory failed to operate after installation, kindly reach out to us. We will investigate and asses the issue thoroughly to ensure a fair resolution for you. 

Conditions for Returns:

• Air conditioner must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
• Air conditioner/spare parts/accessory must be in new and unused condition. 
  
• A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

• Custom or special order air conditioners are not eligible for return.
• Air conditioners that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
• Spare parts or accessories that have been used or installed. For e.g. compressors that have been brazed or welded, fan motors that have been installed and used.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mangeerac.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
For orders returned due defects, damages or incorrect items, refund will be initiated as soon as possible on verification. For other returns or exchanges, we will notify you upon receiving and inspecting the items. Once approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your bank or credit card statement.
